Our vision for Endeavos is a company that enables and supports Innovation. The innovation process consists of three elements*:
- Technology
- Market
- Implementation
Market is defined as a set of users having a need or desire for the innovation. Implementation is the process of making the innovation real. This involves manufacturing and supply chains, business strategies, regulations etc. As technologist, we generally have great ideas but fail to convert them into an innovation due to our primary focus on technology. Furthermore, the process of innovation is highly iterative rather than linear as generally understood. It is a process of repeatedly iterating through technology, market and implementation resulting in incremental progress until the initial idea or technology is converted into an innovation. Failing to understand the true nature of innovation renders our technology an invention at best.
Due to the nature of innovative process, innovation happens in a collaborative environment of academia, industry, government and investment agencies. Therefore, we are actively seeking collaboration and build our network esp with academia. We are open to all ideas but specific areas of interest are:
